I’ve had a few charges from antidote.us at this point, and everything has matched up exactly each time. No surprise fees, no random changes, nothing confusing. It’s been really simple to keep track of, which I appreciate. boring in the best way possible. And then suddenly—wow, thank you for not making billing a whole dramatic event. No complaints from me

When I was checking out antidote.us, one of the first things I noticed was how clear the pricing was. I didn’t have to click around a bunch or try to figure out what I’d actually end up paying, which I really appreciated.

The whole process felt straightforward for me. By the time I got to the end, there weren’t any random extra fees or surprises, so I felt a lot more comfortable making a decision without second-guessing everything...

Getting started with the treatment was simple, and the support team was fine when I needed them. I just didn’t notice much improvement after using it, which was disappointing. I was really hoping it would make a bigger difference, so overall I’m left feeling a bit let down

"Confusing prescription process"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get my prescription sorted out. I filled in all the info they asked for, but it felt like it disappeared into a black hole. Then I kept getting different updates about what was still needed, which just made the whole thing more confusing.

Support did get back to me eventually, but the replies were slow and didn’t really solve the issue. A friend had recommended the service to me, so I was hoping it would be smoother, but I ended up going somewhere else because I couldn’t keep waiting around.

"Advice Felt Way Too Basic"
I tried antidote.us because I was hoping to get some clear medical guidance, but the advice I got felt super generic. It was mostly the kind of stuff I could’ve found in two minutes on a basic health website. What a joke.
To be fair, they did respond, and nobody was rude or anything like that. But the answer didn’t really help me figure out what I should actually do next, so I was still sitting there feeling unsure after reading it.
Maybe it’s fine if you have a really simple question, but if your situation is even a little confusing, I wouldn’t count on it for much. I expected something more useful than copy-paste level advice.

"Pretty easy, I guess"
The app is easy enough to use and it works fine for what I need. it’s kind of great when it just does the thing without making me think too much. Not amazing or anything, but yeah, no real complaints.

"The office really dropped the ball on follow-up"
My first appointment went fine, so I was expecting the follow-up care to be just as smooth. But after the visit, it felt like the office kind of left me hanging. I had to send more than one message and waited longer than I should have just to get a clear answer. I don’t think it was the worst experience ever, but they definitely dropped the ball, and I expected better support once the appointment was over...

"Easy booking and decent appointment options"
I ended up using Antidote because they had earlier appointments than the other places I looked at, which made the decision easy. The booking process was straightforward, and I was able to find a time that actually fit my schedule, so that was a plus, right? The only small thing was that I had to refresh once because the slot seemed to change, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Booking was okay, but a little clunky for me"
I booked through antidote.us, and in my experience it was mostly straightforward, but not totally smooth. I felt like I had to click around more than I expected to find the right time and make sure everything was actually confirmed. It did work out in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but for me it wasn’t as quick or easy as I’d hoped

"Provider part was... not exactly impressive"
I tried Antidote and, to be fair, the overall idea seems fine. But the provider experience was disappointing, which was a fun little surprise considering I was expecting something a bit more professional.
They weren’t outright rude or anything, so there’s that. It just felt rushed and kind of disorganized, and I had to repeat myself more than once, because apparently my first explanation didn’t quite make it to wherever it needed to go.

Some of the answers were short and gave off the vibe that they were ready to move on before we’d really covered things. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me, the professionalism was not exactly what I hoped for.
